The scope of work included demolishing and rebuilding the parapet walls on the side walls of the building, installing new coping stones around the perimeter, and repairing cracks with facade restoration from top to bottom. We also applied new caulking to all windows, installed stucco where required, and applied Thorocoat waterproof coating to the entire building. Additionally, we identified and repaired areas of the roof, installing a new APP 170 Cool Roof.

This project involved replacing window lintels on the front, back, and right-side walls of the building from top to bottom, grinding out and performing brick pointing from top to bottom, and demolishing and rebuilding the courtyard brickwork, including walls and steps.

The work completed at 1663 Eastburn Ave, Bronx, included demolishing and rebuilding the parapet walls and installing new parapet wall stones. We replaced damaged bricks, window lintels, and windowsills on the front, street, and back sides of the building, applied new caulking around all windows, and performed spot-pointing where necessary.
